BOOKINGS

Bookings can be made without advance payment for small to medium sized groups. For large bookings of more than 16 people please contact us by email.

Bookings without advance payment are made in good faith and payment for our tours can be made in cash after the tour has finished directly to the driver-guide.

Payments in cash can be made in United States Dollars, Cambodian Riel or a combination of the two.

Regrettably we are currently unable to accept credit/debit cards at this time. We are looking to enable card payments in the future.

All quoted prices are per Tuk Tuk unless otherwise stated. One Tuk Tuk holds up to 4 people. For bookings of 5 or more people, additional Tuk Tuk/s will be required at the same price as the first Tuk Tuk.

Invoices are available for each tour, you can request an invoice in advance and it will be given to you by your driver-guide.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can be made with no payment or fully refunded if cancelled 48 hours or more in advance.

If the entire booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled tour start time, 100% of the booking will be charged.

CHILDREN POLICY

If your group includes children please inform us in advance via the additional info section of the booking form so we can make sure all stops are suitable.

INSURANCE

We are not liable for any injury or harm encountered during the tour. Safety is always our main priority and our driver-guides are trained to make the tours as safe as possible. However we anticipate our guests to have their own appropriate travel insurance coverage.
